The Production Factory in New York is seeking a Producer to join our US team. The role oversees productions from brief to delivery, including studio and on‑location shoots across the States and potential international work.

You will manage budgets, build client relationships, and coordinate with photographers, directors, stylists, and agencies. A strong, proactive approach and ability to travel will be valued as we expand our US division.

• 5+ years of experience managing and delivering shoot productions in a creative/production setting.
• Experience producing shoots end‑to‑end, in studio and on location; international production experience desirable.
• Proven track record delivering campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

• Lead PPMs to align client and crew prior to productions and manage on-set production.
• Oversee post-production workflows, briefing and reviewing work from retouchers, editors and colourists.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of expenses and supplier invoices; track production profitability.
• Source, brief and manage service production partners for shoots.

REPORTING

The role will report to the Executive Producer

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Producer to join our smaller US team based out of our New York office, with possible travel to our Miami office.

You will be joining our Production team to deliver creative productions from brief through to delivery, working across studio, on location in New York and around the States or potentially overseas. You will help strengthen client relationships while producing projects ranging from large-scale campaigns to smaller social, editorial and still life shoots. We’re looking for someone dedicated and passionate who will be excited to grow within our US division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to take a shoot brief from the Senior Producers or directly from the client and independently produce the job confidently from start to finish.
• Build and manage mid-size production budgets from initial estimate through to final reconciliation and billing, flagging any risks and providing solutions proactively.
• Support the Senior global team on larger productions and projects with things such as bidding, scouting, permitting, movement orders, risk assessments, equipment hire, optioning crew, call sheets, casting.
• Build strong relationships directly with clients, building trust and pre-empting their needs.
• Hold regular meetings with agencies, photographers, directors, stylists, etc. to build relations with US-based teams.
• Confidently lead PPMs to align client and crew prior to productions.
• Manage on-set production; briefing teams and delegating roles clearly to ensure smooth running on shoot days.
• Manage post-production workflows, briefing and reviewing work from retouchers, editors and colourists to ensure it meets brief and brand guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of expenses and supplier invoices post-shoot.
• Track and manage profitability of ongoing productions in real time.
• Effectively source, brief, and manage service production partners.
• Lead art buy and location research and compile creative presentations together for pitches and active jobs using Pitch software.
• Proactively suggest ways to elevate the TPF experience for all our clients and crews.
• Maintain and update the team's contact database of agents, suppliers, studios, locations and production assistants.
• Effectively delegate and provide mentorship and support to Production Coordinators or any interns and work experience.

SKILLS

• 5+ years’ experience managing and delivering shoot productions within a creative or production agency.
• Experience producing shoots end-to-end, both in studio and on location; international production experience desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Calm, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Previous on-set and post-production management experience.
• A keen creative eye, with an interest in casting and art buying.
• An established network of photographers, directors, stylists, hair and make-up artists, crew and suppliers.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work independently when required.
• Professional and discreet when handling confidential information.
• Flexible and willing to travel as required by production schedules, including national and international travel
