BASIS Ed in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a qualified Junior Procurement Specialist to join our Operations team. This role supports cross-functional purchasing for BASIS Ed's networks across several states, emphasizing compliance with state, federal, and local requirements.
The position is hybrid with in-office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with standard hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Location & Schedule: This position is based in Scottsdale, AZ and requires regular in-office attendance. The current schedule is hybrid (in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; remote Tuesday and Thursday), though the role may transition to fully in-office in the future. The standard working hours for this role are 6:30 AM � 3:00 PM.
The Junior Procurement Specialist works with BASIS Ed personnel, currently serving Arizona, Texas, DC, and Louisiana by centralizing purchasing. The position will be responsible for ensuring all state, federal, and local compliance requirements are met and are consistent with the organization’s internal controls.
