Job summary

VALiNTRY Services is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing operations in a chemical production environment. The role focuses on improving process efficiency, increasing throughput, maintaining product quality, and supporting safe plant operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of engineering experience with a strong foundation in chemical manufacturing, process optimization, and plant safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with chemical industry relevance.
• 1–4 years of engineering experience in chemical manufacturing or related industrial environment.
• Experience with batch and/or continuous processing and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (P&IDs, SOPs, PFDs).
• Support daily plant operations with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
