This role collaborates with production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams to boost operational performance while developing core process engineering skills and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years related manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist in root cause analysis and investigations.
• Collect, analyze, and report production data to identify trends.
• Support process changes under guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and CI projects.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure changes are properly documented.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams.
• Support capital improvement and equipment installation projects.
