Qualifications

• PCI Level I or ACI Grade I with precast plant experience.
• Reads shop drawings and tensioning calculations.
• Comfortable with early production schedules and plant hours.
• Honest with the numbers and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forms, reinforcement, embeds, and blockouts against shop drawings before pours.
• Verify strand tensioning elongation and force records against calculated values.
• Run fresh concrete tests (slump, air, temp, unit weight) and cast cylinders.
• Inspect finished products for dimensions, camber, finish and defects; tag for shipment or repair.
