Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• 0–3 years of experience in power systems or electrical design.
• Basic understanding of electrical power distribution systems.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn transformer applications and medium-voltage power systems.
• Travel up to 5% for customer visits and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with MV transformer application engineering.
• Review customer electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and project specifications.
• Develop engineered transformer solutions for data centers, utility infrastructure, renewable energy projects, industrial facilities, and commercial electrical systems.
• Assist with evaluating voltage, loading, impedance, grounding, and cooling requirements.
• Help prepare technical documentation and engineering calculations.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals and equipment recommendations.
• Assist with transformer selection based on customer requirements.
• Learn to interpret utility standards and electrical specifications.
• Provide engineering support during design, manufacturing, factory testing, and project execution.
• Help resolve technical questions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams.
• Assist with engineering documentation and drawing reviews.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers under guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in customer meetings and conference calls.
• Assist field personnel with technical questions related to installation and commissioning.
