Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics with 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding of financial statements and commercial lending principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing an assigned portfolio of commercial loan relationships.
Monitor loan performance, maturities, covenant compliance, and risk ratings.
Review borrower financial statements and prepare annual relationship reviews.
Assist with construction loan monitoring, inspections, and draw administration.
Participate in customer meetings, annual reviews, and networking events.
Complete Fidelity's commercial lending training curriculum and progress through milestones toward responsibilities.
