Responsibilities

• Review completed job packets to verify accuracy of system transactions and production records.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate to Production Planning Manager for resolution.
• Support production personnel with job quantity adjustments, documentation retrieval, and inquiries.
• Serve as a backup for Planners to ensure continuity of planning activities.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to track ECOs and repair orders.
