Job summary

Canfield Imaging Systems in the United States is seeking a PHP Web Developer, Level I to join a dynamic engineering team. This role emphasizes translating requirements into fully functional software, maintaining codebases, and supporting escalated customer issues with strong communication.

The ideal candidate holds a CS degree or equivalent, has experience with REST/SOAP web services and SQL databases (SQL Server and MySQL), and shows Web design and layout skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with SQL Server and MySQL relational databases.
• Web design and layout experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate software requirements, wireframes and designs into fully functional software.
• Maintain existing codebases; integrate new content and pages into the existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for escalated customer issues.
• Communicate status, issues, barriers, metrics, reports, and any other required/requested information to the Team Lead, Clinical Software Project management team as appropriate in a timely manner.
• Work effectively in a changing, high-impact, fast paced environment with challenging deadlines and resource constraints.
