City National Bank seeks an entry level Personal Trust Officer to administer trusts, estates, agencies, and guardianships. Under guidance, you will open and maintain accounts, interpret governing documents, and support day-to-day administrative tasks while building client relationships.

You will develop knowledge of tax provisions, review account activity, and assist with compliance and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is expected, J.D.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise paperwork for trusts and accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Coordinate set up and monitoring of assets and inventories.
• Respond to client and intermediary inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
