As a Performance Marketer, you will focus on developing and executing high-impact advertising campaigns on TikTok. Your role will involve optimizing campaign performance, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and driving customer acquisition and retention. We seek a performance marketer with a proven track record of scaling growth and delivering measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage high-budget ad campaigns (up to $250,000/month) in the US market.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies on TikTok to acquire customers and increase their long-term value, specifically in the US market.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns to meet performance goals.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
