Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Penetration Tester for its Commercial Cybersecurity Services division. This entry-level, remote role supports offensive security assessments across cloud platforms, networks, and emerging technologies.

You will identify weaknesses, draft remediation guidance, and contribute to research and tooling to improve security posture. Collaborate with a learning-focused team to deliver high-quality, client-ready results.

Qualifications

• One or more of the listed R311 Certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, Burp Suite Certified Practitioner) are required or preferred.
• Experience with general network testing, web app testing, and cloud/testing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing engagements to simulate cyberattacks on customer systems, cloud solutions, and networks.
• Produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
• Develop automation, tools, or processes to improve testing efficiency.
• Research cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities to stay updated.
• Provide clear remediation guidance and evidence documentation.
