Responsibilities

• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable acceptance criteria.
• Ship OSCP fixes to Social Innovation Lab customers in Sacramento, CA the same day they report them.
• Resurrect flaky security auditing tests until the Sacramento, CA suite is trustworthy again.
• Spot the endpoint detection and response anti-pattern before it spreads within Social Innovation Lab.
• Monitor system health and set up alerting for production environments.
• Translate results-oriented business requirements into technical specifications and tasks.
