Qualifications

• Background in life sciences or chemistry (MS/PhD required).
• JD and Patent Bar required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a firm.
• Basic familiarity with patent drafting and prosecution.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in life sciences and chemistry.
• Respond to office actions and support USPTO interactions.
• Manage personal docket with increasing independence.
• Communicate with clients on execution-level matters.
• Collaborate with legal assistants to advance cases.
