Job summary

Simplicity Group is seeking an Investments Financial Planner/Paraplanner to work on-site in Summit, NJ. The role focuses on investment proposals and portfolio analysis for affiliated Advisors using our Wealth Platform.

It is not an Analyst role, but centers on helping Independent Advisors invest properly in the stock market. The ideal candidate will build strong advisor relationships, manage data securely, and provide proactive planning support and education through webinars and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of consecutive work experience.
• Must be tech savvy with Google Office Suite (Excel, Word, Drive, email).
• Uphold firm’s purpose, vision, and values with high ethics.

Responsibilities

• Meet with affiliated Advisors to collect client information and build relationships.
• Ensure forms are collected pre/post client meetings.
• Input client data into the Simplicity Wealth Platform.
• Provide high quality, responsive planning support to Advisors.
