Confidential Client in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a junior paralegal with 1–3 years in a law office to support mass tort and complex litigation matters. You will keep case files, deadlines, and court calendars in order, and assist with preparing and e-filing correspondence and discovery.

You will also speak with clients for intake, updates, and medical records, while performing general administrative duties.

Formación

• 1–3 years as a paralegal or legal assistant
• Mass tort, personal injury or complex litigation background is a plus
• Organized, reliable and comfortable on the phone with clients

A long-standing New Jersey law firm is hiring a junior paralegal for its mass tort group in Woodbridge. If you have one to three years in a law office and want real litigation work instead of filing, this is the seat.

The work: supporting attorneys on mass tort and complex litigation matters. Keeping case files, deadlines and court calendars in order. Preparing and e-filing correspondence and discovery. Talking with clients on intake, status updates and medical records. Everyday administrative support for a busy practice group.

Who fits: one to three years as a paralegal or legal assistant. Any mass tort, personal injury or complex litigation background is a plus, not a must. Organized, reliable and comfortable on the phone with clients. Spanish helps.

Pay: $55,000 to $60,000.

Schedule: five days a week in the Woodbridge office.
