Job summary

The Bison Group is seeking a Junior Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to join our mission-focused team. You will create collection plans, draft OSINT reports, and support analytic production to support Department of Defense objectives.

You must have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of OSINT experience, and language proficiency in Spanish, with ILR/DLTP testing within the first year. TESOL/TOEFL may be required for non-native speakers, and a clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Intelligence Community experience required.
• 3+ years of OSINT collection, research, and reporting.
• Must be language-enabled in Spanish.
• Must pass ILR/DLTP language certification tests within 12 months.
• English comprehension, reading/listening level 3+, writing level 3+ (ILR).
• Contract staff must pass English proficiency test (TOEFL).
• Must have active TS/SCI with poly prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Creates collection plans and drafts OSINT Reports (OSIRs).
• Supports OSINT analytic production requirements.
• Contributes to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights.
• Ensures reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.
