Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Junior Finance Consultant to join the Oracle Cloud team in a hands-on engineering role with mentorship and a clear growth path. You will design, build, and enhance Oracle Fusion integrations and PaaS-based services, employing modern AI-assisted development practices.

The role targets roughly 1 year out of school with hands-on Oracle Cloud Finance experience and requires strong communication skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional or internship experience in software development including Oracle Cloud Finance.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop & enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance integrations.
• Build & maintain services on Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle PaaS.
• Use Claude Code and other AI coding assistants to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, & documentation.
• Write & troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations, data mappings, and transformations.
• Support API-based integrations between Oracle Fusion & external systems.
• Assist with POCs, MVPs, & automation initiatives leveraging AI-enabled development workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, & design discussions.
