Roylo Partners is looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our Dallas team and learn how daily business activities are organised, monitored, and improved. You’ll work with the team to understand how campaigns operate and gradually take responsibility for coordinating activities and supporting performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily priorities, schedules, and team activities.
• Support campaign preparation and resource organisation.
• Help identify operational problems and practical solutions.
• Monitor daily results and communicate performance updates.
• Assist with team onboarding and training activities.
• Work directly with campaign teams to understand day-to-day delivery.
