Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial services or high-touch client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Onsite 9-hour day, 5 days a week.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, faxes, and mailed correspondence from RIA firms and their end clients.
• Inquiry Management: Efficiently route client inquiries to the appropriate internal processing teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Client Advocacy & Risk Management: Navigate internal risk protocols and client needs to ensure win-win outcomes.
• Feedback & Escalation: Log advisor feedback and complaints via Salesforce and internal trackers; elevate critical issues to management.
• Relationship Maintenance: Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding platform updates or industry events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with front-office and back-office to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain deep expertise across Salesforce case categories and client workflows.
