Job summary

TV Collective is seeking entry-level Client Representatives to support nonprofit events, fundraising campaigns, community outreach, and public engagement initiatives.

This full-time entry-level opportunity requires motivation and interest in nonprofit work, fundraising, events, customer service, communications, or public relations. Paid training is provided and you will gain hands-on experience by engaging with the community.

Qualifications

• No previous nonprofit fundraising experience required.
• Paid training is provided.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and campaigns in a professional and positive manner
• Speak with members of the public about nonprofit programs, services, and initiatives
• Provide clear and accurate information to individuals and community members
• Assist with fundraising campaigns and community outreach programs
• Participate in nonprofit events, promotional activities, and public engagement opportunities
• Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication
• Listen to questions and provide helpful information
• Support campaign and event goals as part of a team
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at events and community activities
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
