Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Network Operations Engineer I to maintain stability across 500+ retail stores, HQ, and distribution centers. You will monitor performance, respond to incidents, and support LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN connectivity, while aiding in rollout of new network technologies.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams and vendors to meet SLAs and support expanding store networks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in network operations, technical support, or a similar IT role.
• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor network performance, availability, and health across all locations using established monitoring tools.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN connectivity; document configurations.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and IT teams to resolve incidents and ensure SLAs.
• Assist in testing and validating new network technologies to support business expansion.
• Participate in on‑call rotations as needed.
