Job summary

Gwynedd Manufacturing in North Wales, PA is hiring a Junior Multimedia Designer to support marketing content across digital, print, social media, and product launches. The role splits roughly 70% graphic design and 30% video editing and motion graphics, with collaboration to translate brand guidelines into polished visuals.

As part of the marketing team, you’ll assist with shoots, edit video content, and help create engaging assets for campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design with video editing, motion graphics, and photography/videography where available.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign knowledge preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience creating animated text, titles, transitions, and other motion graphics.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Experience using Sony camera systems and professional photography or video equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, digital advertising, presentations, and print.
• Translate brand guidelines into polished designs that communicate product features and craftsmanship.
• Apply typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy to diverse audiences.
• Adapt graphics for different platforms and formats.
• Prepare final assets for digital and print with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain brand consistency by following established guidelines and templates.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and marketing to deliver on schedule.
• Assist with photo/video shoots and coordinate with teams.
