Job summary

Gwynedd Manufacturing, a growing defense contractor in North Wales, PA, is seeking a Junior Multimedia Designer to support marketing content across digital, print, social media, advertising, and product launches. This role will focus approximately 70% on graphic design and 30% on video editing and motion graphics.

Working closely with the Creative Director and marketing team, you will translate creative direction and brand guidelines into polished visual assets while supporting video production,

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills with video/editing examples.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience creating animated text, titles, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and print.
• Translate briefs and brand guidelines into clear, engaging visuals.
• Assist with photo and video shoots, basic art direction and coordination.
• Edit video content and create motion graphics for various platforms.
• Prepare final assets for print and digital delivery with proper specs.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and collaborate with marketing team.
