Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented junior software engineer to join the Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development team.

You will evolve the AFSIM framework and its codebase, incorporate scenarios and models, and perform testing and verification in a fast-paced DoD-focused environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1+ year of development experience, and willingness to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evolve an existing Modeling & Simulation framework (AFSIM) and its codebase to customer needs.
• Incorporate scenarios and models into AFSIM.
• Perform testing and verification of software developments.
• Follow modern Agile software development practices.
