Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Software Tester to support mobile applications and telecom-related software, with experience in Android platforms, manual and automated testing, functional/regression testing, and mobile device connectivity.

You will collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and maintain test cases, test mobile apps and system features, and document defects and performance issues across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in mobile software or QA testing.
• Strong understanding of Android OS and mobile device ecosystems.
• Ability to manage multiple testing tasks and priorities.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and performance test cases.
• Test mobile applications and system features throughout the software lifecycle.
• Identify, track, and document software defects and performance issues.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and feedback.
• Validate firmware, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/5G, and hardware interactions.
• Perform both manual and automated testing based on defined quality standards.
• Support testing activities from design and development through release and maintenance.
