TPI Global Solutions is seeking an early-career Project Engineer I to join the Major Projects team, focusing on midstream/pipeline projects across the U.S. and Canada. This is a 100% onsite role in Houston for the first six months, with travel to the U.S.

and Canada." The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of experience, an engineering degree, and strong communication and organizational skills. Internship/co-op exposure in pipelines/bmidstream is highly valued, and travel is expected at about 10%.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience ONLY.
• Midstream/pipeline industry experience required.
• Engineering degree – Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, or related.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Internship/co-op experience with a pipeline or midstream company is highly valued.
• Valid passport required for potential U.S./Canada travel.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Houston for the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support front-end development of pipeline projects.
• Develop preliminary scope, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Gather project information and prepare project summaries.
• Support multiple projects and priorities.
