What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Research existing products, markets, and technologies to understand user needs and identify gaps or opportunities
- Analyze data to uncover user behavior patterns, product bottlenecks, and growth levers
- Gather and structure information, maintain documentation, and ensure insights are understandable and reusable by others
- Integrate findings, document hypotheses, and propose data-backed product improvements
- Support A/B testing, feature performance evaluation, and idea validation
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Genuine passion for building user-facing products and exploring their performance with broad, diverse audiences
- Understanding of REST APIs and interservice communication; enthusiasm for gaming is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with an ability to use visuals to explain complex concepts
- Experience in mapping and analyzing user journeys across B2B and B2C products
- Ability to thrive on data, measuring engagement, retention, and core product metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, and churn rate
