Full-Stack Software Developer - Decision Support Systems

Location: Atlanta, GA (2 days/week onsite)

Our client is seeking a motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced decision-support applications that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and service reliability.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of software development, operations research, data analytics, and data visualization experience. This role will work across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with business and technical teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong Java development skills, experience building modern web applications, and the ability to work with complex datasets and analytical models. Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level applications.
