Job description

We are currently seeking junior to mid-level Contract Managers to work on a remote or hybrid basis with some of the world's leading technology and life sciences companies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements to facilitate company goals.
  2. Reporting on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance with company policy.
  3. Maintaining, organizing, and efficiently managing a queue of contracts.
  4. Identifying and communicating areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience reviewing contracts and managing agreements in the Tech industry (e.g., NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, affiliate agreements, marketing agreements, etc.).
  2. Currently based in the United States.
  3. Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and negotiate with vendors/suppliers while ensuring contractual compliance with legal terms.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management Systems and adaptability to new contract-related applications.
  6. Experience working cross-functionally to achieve company goals, demonstrating prioritization skills.

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a competitive salary up to $120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, 401K, and more.
