Job description

We are currently seeking junior to mid-level Contract Managers to work on a remote or hybrid basis with some of the world's leading technology and life sciences companies.

Responsibilities:

1. Redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements to facilitate company goals
2. Reporting on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance with company policy
3. Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of contracts efficiently
4. Identifying and communicating areas of improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience reviewing contracts and managing agreements with a company in the Tech industry (e.g., NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, affiliate agreements, marketing agreements, etc.)
2. Currently based in the United States
3. Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and negotiate with vendors/suppliers while maintaining contractual compliance with legal terms
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Experience using a Contract Lifecycle Management System and adaptability to learn new contract-related applications
6. Track record of cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals and prioritization skills

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a competitive salary up to $120,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, 401K, and more. Axiomites also have access to professional development resources and learning programs. While primarily remote, some clients may require on-site presence.
