Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, ML, or related field
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline
• Foundational coding skills in Python
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Curate large-scale image and video datasets, manage labeling workflows and ensure dataset quality
• Run model training and evaluation jobs, ensuring experiments run smoothly
• Document training results, maintain evaluation benchmarks, and track model performance
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze model failure cases and identify data/algorithmic improvements
• Take ownership of foundational tasks supporting the AI/ML lifecycle for production deployments
