Job description

Picture your first six months: you’re sketching concepts in the morning, refining a parametric CAD model after lunch, and wrapping up the day by putting a fresh prototype through its paces in the lab. You’ll alternate between hands‑on build time and thoughtful design reviews, always asking how to make our products stronger, simpler, and easier to manufacture.

Work Style & Location

Hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH, with periodic on‑site collaboration and approximately 15% travel for vendor visits, testing, and production trials.

What you’ll do
  • Translate requirements into 3D concepts and detailed models.
  • Develop and iterate physical and digital prototypes; plan and execute validation tests.

  • Prepare drawings and documentation; interpret electro‑mechanical schematics to inform design decisions.
