You will work onsite with engineering teams to design, analyze, and prototype mechanical components and systems used across trucks, buses, RVs, and motor coaches. The role emphasizes design using CAE tools, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on testing of prototypes.

Qualifications

• Uses CAE to solve complex vehicle design problems using FEA and MBS, and fatigue analysis.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork with cross-functional groups.
• Hands-on engineering curiosity and practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Uses CAE to solve complex vehicle design problems using FEA and multi-body simulation (MBS), and fatigue analysis.
• Designs and develops mechanical products, components, or systems to meet specs and cost targets.
• Collaborates with marketing and industrial design teams to meet technical and cost requirements.
• Supports design, testing, fabrication, and assembly of prototypes.
