Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited college or university.
• EIT within nine months of hire is desirable.
• Internship in engineering, architecture, or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performing job site surveys of food and beverage facilities to analyze ammonia refrigeration.
• Process glycol and HVAC systems.
• Calculate refrigeration and building loads.
• Perform engineering calculations for system designs.
• Assist in selecting system components for new and existing systems.
• Draft and edit AutoCAD drawings.
• Design 3D mechanical systems in Revit and Plant 3D.
• Develop project documents and equipment specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and customers.
• Oversee construction and assist with startup activities.
• Travel up to 40% may be required.
