Qualifications

• BSME required.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Previous internship experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team with deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate the work of multiple disciplines.
• Ability to prepare mechanical engineering calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications, project schedules and cost estimates.
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit preferred and good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design of new multi-building facilities and retrofit projects.
• Support energy conservation studies and facility condition assessments.
• Help prepare calculations, reports, drawings, specifications and cost estimates for projects.
