True Stance, Inc. seeks a Junior Marketing Trainee to support promotional initiatives and customer engagement in retail environments.

This full‑time, in‑person role offers paid training and mentorship, with opportunities to grow in marketing, communication, customer service, and business development. You will work alongside experienced team members representing client brands, gaining hands-on experience in promotional activities and customer interactions.

• Support the organization and presentation of promotional areas.
