Arch City Collective is seeking an entry-level Marketing Associate to join our on-site team in Columbus, Ohio. You will work with our Campaign Manager and sales teams to develop local marketing plans, participate in regional events, and support partner marketing initiatives.

Your role spans market research, campaign execution, and project coordination to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth for local markets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in market research and an ability to analyze trends and gather insights.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, with experience or interest in developing marketing campaigns.
• Sales knowledge or experience, with skills in client relationship management considered a plus.
• Project management abilities, including organizational skills and the capability to meet deadlines.
• Creativity, a collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for supporting dynamic event and marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
