Job summary

Palmora is seeking an entry-level Marketing Associate in Charlotte, NC. This role requires no prior experience and emphasizes a student mentality, hard work, and exceptional communication skills. Training covers leadership, marketing, customer service, and management to develop a well-rounded skill set.

You will support the marketing team by planning campaigns, executing events, tracking results, and enabling the sales team with compelling content while building client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
