Reach3 Insights is a Chicago-based, hybrid-friendly market research consultancy seeking a Research Associate to support the end-to-end project cycle—from questionnaire development and data collection through analysis and client-ready deliverables. You’ll work with a collaborative team focused on turning insights into stronger decisions and better customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of hands-on work experience and a university or college degree.
• Exposure to basic quantitative and qualitative market research methods and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and external partners.
• Curious, analytical mindset with strong logic, numeric and problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn new technologies and research approaches.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the market research project cycle, including questionnaire and discussion guide development, data collection, quality control, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify and write up analytical findings, visualize quantitative and qualitative insights, and help create client-ready deliverables.
• Work closely with team members and external subcontractors while learning market research methodologies, software, and technology platforms.
