Job summary

SYLVER CONSULTING LLC seeks an entry-level Market Research Recruiter/Analyst in Evanston, IL. You will manage end-to-end participant recruitment for B2B and B2C studies, including online focus groups, 1-on-1 interviews, and surveys.

You will decode organizational structures to find real decision-makers, analyze why participants qualify or not, and maintain our HS-based participant database. Immediate start with growth potential in market research and CX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Market Research, Marketing, Economics, Sociology, Business, Design, or Anthropology).
• Exposure to UX/CX or market research recruitment is a plus.
• Investigative mindset with business curiosity to decode org structures and identify decision-makers.
• Strong attention to detail, time-management, and experience with collaborative online tools.
• Ability to communicate professionally with corporate executives and diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Source B2B and B2C candidates via LinkedIn, social platforms, and databases; decode org structures to find matches.
• Screen and pre-qualify candidates, analyze why they qualify or not, and manage scheduling and incentives.
• Maintain and optimize the participant panel in HubSpot with high data quality and compliance.
• Provide field status reports to clients and internal teams; support proposals and business development activities.
