Radio Holland Group in Norway is seeking a Junior Service Engineer for our Deepsea Department. You will join the team to support operation, maintenance and service of maritime navigation and communication systems on vessels.

After training, you will perform onboard service, troubleshoot, document findings, and collaborate with Service Coordinators. Strong English and willingness to travel are required; a technical engineering background is preferred.

Formación

• Technical background in engineering, electronics or related field.
• Experience in a technical or field service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Execute service jobs on vessels as directed by the Service Coordinator or Scheduler.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and optimize maritime navigation and communication systems.
• Prepare accurate service reports according to Radio Holland standards.
• Document services with materials used and findings clearly.
• Follow QHSE principles and standards during all service activities.
• Keep knowledge up to date by reviewing technical bulletins and manuals.
