This is an entry level position that requires employees to work on-site with the physical requirements and environmental conditions.**Responsibilities for Production Worker:*** Operate machinery to assist in the production process* Assemble materials and equipment as required* Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met* Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines* Transport raw materials from one place to another* Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met* Conduct inspections and quality control of products* Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required* Must be flexible to work multiple shifts, overtime as needed, and have reliable transportation**Physical Requirements:*** Able to walk and stand up for 10 hours per day* Ability to work with others in all phases of manufacturing* Must be able to safely and efficiently perform the duties of this job, including but not limited to: crawl, kneel, climb, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move anywhere up to 100 lbs.* All employees are required to have steel toe boots and supplied PPE* Requires passing of physical examination and drug test
