El Car Wash is seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician in Doral, FL. You will work with five experienced Techs across multiple Florida locations, learning our equipment and building real mechanical skills through a structured 60-day development program that leads to a Maintenance Technician role.

You will perform preventive maintenance, assist repairs on blowers, pumps, and dryers, learn chemical dosing and PLC basics, follow OSHA safety rules, log activities in Wash Assist, and communicate

Qualificações

• Basic mechanical aptitude required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• English speaking required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on wash tunnels, conveyors, and chemical dosing equipment.
• Shadow and assist technicians on blower, vacuum, pump, and dryer repairs.
• Learn dilution ratios, dosing pumps, and maintain chemical usage logs.
• Trace wiring, test sensors and limit switches, and understand PLC fault codes under supervision.
• Follow OSHA, ECW and site safety protocols and wear PPE.

You'll work side-by-side with five experienced Techs across multiple Florida locations, learning our equipment, building real mechanical skills, and proving you're ready to run your own sites. This is a structured 60-day development program, not just a helper role. If you show up, stay curious, and take ownership, you'll finish fully qualified and ready to step into a Maintenance Technician role when one opens.\\*WHAT YOU'LL OWNPreventive Maintenance: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly PM checklists on wash tunnels, conveyor systems, and chemical dosing equipment, with accuracy and zero shortcuts.Equipment Repair Support: Shadow and assist Technicians on blower, vacuum, pump, and dryer repairs. Learn to spot failure indicators early: unusual sounds, leaks, error codes, and performance drops.Chemical Systems: Learn dilution ratios, inspect and adjust dosing pumps, support foamer and applicator maintenance, and document chemical usage logs independently.Electrical & Sensor Basics: Trace wiring in control panels under supervision, test sensors and limit switches, and understand how to identify and reset PLC fault codes.Safety & Compliance: Follow all OSHA, ECW, and site-level safety protocols without exception. Wear required PPE, handle chemicals per SDS guidelines, and participate in all required safety training.Documentation & Communication: Log all maintenance activities accurately in Wash Assist, monitor and complete tickets by priority, and keep your Tech leads and Regional Manager informed on task status.## QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING• Willing to work weekends and holidays• High school diploma or GED• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You'll travel between locations daily• Basic mechanical aptitude and a genuine desire to learn hands-on• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and operate outdoors in Florida heat• Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing the full 60-day development program• Prior experience in auto, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or any mechanical trade.
