Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the flexible corner of the unit and oversee priority rooms.
• Track delegation metrics and surface trends to the care team weekly.
• Round with the attending each morning to update the day’s plan.
• Coordinate discharge planning with case management, social work and patient family in Bossier City.
• Restock supply rooms and par levels to ensure required items are available.
• Maintain accurate and timely HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Audit own documentation against Louisiana charting standards before chart closes.
