• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives related to network performance, security, and analytics.
• Data Analysis & Intelligence: Analyze network traffic data, logs, and KPIs to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Reporting & Visualization: Design and deliver dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Process Improvement: Recommend improvements in network monitoring, incident response, and data governance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between network operations, data teams, and business units.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.
