Mancan Staffing has partnered with a Warren, Ohio company to hire two Junior Logistics Associates for its Warehouse and Logistics team. This onsite role pays $13.00–$18.00 per hour and runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with some Saturday shifts when needed.

The junior positions involve hands-on warehouse tasks such as moving and organizing electronic equipment, data entry in logistics software, and providing friendly customer service during pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
• No felony convictions, per the position's stated requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse duties.
• Willingness to learn new procedures, equipment, and computer software.
• Must be willing to occasionally work Saturdays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize electronic recycling materials, including computers, servers, and other electronic equipment.
• Record weights, quantities, and types of materials received.
• Stack, organize, and prepare pallets for shipping.
• Use pallet jacks to move equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Organize tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with loading and unloading electronic equipment.
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures.
• Perform data entry using company-provided logistics software.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory and customer reporting.
• Travel to customer locations as part of a two-person logistics team.
• Assist senior team members with loading and securing electronic equipment.
• Help navigate routes and assist with truck parking.
• Communicate professionally with customers and project leaders.
• Assist with safely moving computers, server racks, and other electronic equipment.
• Help identify efficient loading and unloading routes while minimizing customer disruptions.
• Represent the company professionally during customer visits.

Mancan Staffing has partnered with a company in the Warren, Ohio area that is seeking TWO dependable and motivated Junior Logistics Associates to join its Warehouse and Logistics team! This is a hands-on position involving warehouse operations, electronic equipment handling, customer pickups, inventory organization, and logistics support.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable performing physical labor. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both independently and as part of a team. Previous logistics experience is not required. Training will be provided!
