Job summary

Employ-Temps Warren, OH is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented warehouse associate to join the inventory team on-site. The role focuses on accurate order picking, stock organization, and adherence to safety procedures.

Experience with RF scanners and basic data entry is preferred. Training is provided, with opportunities for ongoing work and growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include ability to use scanning tools and complete transactions with 6–12 months of data entry experience.
• Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hours per day and regularly lift 25 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to bend, reach, climb, and file stock as needed.

Location: Warren, OH (On-Site)

Are you looking for a steady warehouse role in Warren, Ohio? We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates to join a busy inventory team. If you have warehouse experience or a strong interest in logistics and inventory management, we want to hear from you!

Hours Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (start time flexible after interview)

Key Responsibilities

• Pull warehouse items from shelves according to job order tickets
• Organize items in a neat, accessible manner
• Follow established procedures for order picking
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor
• Assist with special projects as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to use scanning tool to complete transactions 6-12 months experience with computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time- 6-8 hours per day.
• Organizational skills and an ability to prioritize.
• Lifting requirement: Ability to regularly/consistently lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend, reach overhead, and climb for filing and stocking supplies.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Prior experience with order picking, shipping, or receiving
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse equipment (pallet jack, reach truck, forklift)
• OSHA safety training or forklift certification a plus
