Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Regional Loan Syndications professional to analyze financial data, prepare client materials, and maintain competitive loan transaction records in a fast-paced environment.

This role supports senior associates and collaborates with multiple banking teams to drive new loan activities. A 1st shift in a US office location is typical, with 40 hours weekly and standard benefits.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Licensing Series 79 & 63 required or supported through employer
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills are essential for evaluating syndicated loans and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial and statistical analysis.
  • Conduct research and prepare support documentation and client presentation material.
  • Development/Maintenance of Regional Loan Syndication comparative transactions.
  • Assist with quarterly/periodic data reporting and analysis.
  • Preparation of quarterly business updates.
  • Assist with logistical and operational tasks associated with lender meetings and loan closings.
  • Works under the direction of more senior associates.
