Schedule: M-F, 40 HR
Start Date: 7/1/2025
Salary: $44/hour

Candidates with previous experience working at Microsoft Corporation, either as a full-time employee (FTE) or contractor, are strongly preferred.

Typical Day in the Role

Purpose of the Team: The team acts as orchestrators for NPI programs, focusing specifically on new product introductions for cloud server rack hardware, primarily in the compute and storage space.

Key Projects: The role involves working on AI GPU projects, collaborating across CSCP and partner organizations such as hardware engineering, business units, and data operations. Responsibilities include tracking deployment metrics, ensuring deployment readiness, and coordinating communication across systems. The role is somewhat tactical and operational.

Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm: Initially, about 60-70% of time will be spent in meetings, with 30-40% on tactical ad hoc tasks. Over time, this shifts to approximately 70% task execution and 30% meetings. While program management and data analytics are beneficial secondary skills, primary focus is on understanding supply chain concepts.
